Tickets may be picked up starting 90 minutes prior to the event start time. Only the cardholder with valid photo I.D. and the credit card used can pick up tickets.
Types of Payment Accepted
We accept AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER and cash. The first day a show goes on sale we accept CASH ONLY from Noon-1pm. All other sales are done in person at the HRH Box Office, through a casino host, online or by phone at 1.800.745.3000. Unless otherwise noted, anyone under the age of 6 is restricted from attending our events.
